1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the websites www.noitsi.gr and www.noitsi.com (collectively, the "Websites"), operated by the sole-trader business Ellie Noitsi, trading as "Ellie Noitsi – Psychotherapy & Counselling Centre" (Tax ID: 107429850, Andrea Lazaraki 21-23, Glyfada, Athens, Greece).
By accessing or using the Websites in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use as they stand at any given time. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using the Websites.
2. Description of Website & Services
The Websites serve as an informational presentation of the Ellie Noitsi & Associates Psychotherapy and Counselling Centres and provide:
- Information about the psychotherapy and counselling services offered by the Centre
- Biographical profiles of the Centre's therapists
- Informational articles and texts on psychological topics
- A contact form for sending enquiries or appointment requests
The Websites do not provide an appointment booking platform, user registration system, chat service, or video call functionality. All communication takes place exclusively via the contact form or the telephone numbers listed on the Websites.
3. Important Disclaimer
All content on the Websites — articles, texts, descriptions of mental health topics, and information about psychological conditions or therapeutic approaches — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
It does not constitute, replace, or should be interpreted as a psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or any form of professional psychological or psychiatric advice.
For any concern relating to your mental health, the interpretation of symptoms, or the choice of treatment, always consult a qualified mental health professional — a psychologist, psychotherapist, or psychiatrist.

The Centre makes every reasonable effort to ensure that informational content is accurate, up to date, and consistent with current scientific understanding. However, it does not guarantee the completeness or comprehensiveness of any information, as the science of psychology is continuously evolving and every individual case is unique.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Websites — texts, articles, photographs, graphics, logos, design, structure, and software — is the intellectual property of Ellie Noitsi or third-party rights holders who have granted the relevant licences, and is protected under Greek, EU, and international intellectual property law.
Reproduction, copying, modification, republication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of the content without the prior written consent of the Centre is strictly prohibited.
Storing a single copy of a portion of the content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted, provided all source attribution is retained.
5. User Obligations
Users of the Websites undertake to use them lawfully and appropriately. In particular, the following are prohibited:
- Using the Websites for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable law
- Installing, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful files
- Any action that jeopardises the security or normal operation of the Websites

The Centre makes every reasonable effort to ensure the continuous availability and secure operation of the Websites. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserves the right to suspend or terminate operation of all or part of the Websites, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice, for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.
Despite the security measures in place, the Centre cannot guarantee that the Websites are entirely free from viruses or other harmful elements. Users are responsible for protecting their own devices.
9. Minors
The Websites are intended for adults aged 18 and over. Use by minors is permitted only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who bears sole responsibility. The Centre has no means of verifying the age of visitors.

The processing of personal data of visitors and users of the Websites is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Websites that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, even where access is made from outside Greece.
Should any provision of these Terms be held invalid by a competent court, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
