A moment of self-awareness and inner exploration: A woman in deep reflection, symbolizing the personal growth and psychotherapy services provided at our Kifissia & Glyfada centers.

Our Spaces designed around you

The design of our spaces did not follow aesthetic trends. It was based on the scientific understanding of how the environment affects the therapeutic process. We consulted specialists in Greece and abroad to create sensory-balanced environments inspired by nature, where every detail serves one purpose: your comfort.

What makes our spaces different

The philosophy behind the design

An overly minimal space amplifies inner noise. An overly luxurious one creates coldness and distance. A space with excessive decoration diverts attention. We designed something different: spaces with a calm presence and sensory balance. Every detail grounded in evidence-based biological and psychological principles.

The core principle

When you enter a space, your senses unconsciously scan the environment. If anything creates tension, the brain remains in a state of defense — even if you are not immediately aware of it. This is especially true when the purpose is to sit down and talk about the issues that matter most. Every design decision in our centers is based on this premise: what your nervous system needs in order to stay calm, so the therapeutic process can function in the most natural and effective way.

The furniture

A seat that sinks creates a sense of entrapment. A hard seat keeps the body on alert. We selected and custom-built the furniture in our session rooms: natural materials, soft enough for your body to relax, firm enough so it does not sink. The balance between the two allows your nervous system to settle while you maintain a sense of personal autonomy and control. The purpose of our furniture was never to impress you with its design or originality, but to provide the level of comfort that makes it disappear.

Spatial arrangement

In our spaces, the arrangement of seating is not incidental. It is the architectural expression of an equal therapeutic relationship, informed by the fundamental principles of environmental psychology. Seats are placed at an angle, never face to face, giving you the freedom to look ahead, to process difficult thoughts without the pressure of constant eye contact, while the therapist's position shifts the dynamic from evaluation to collaboration — sitting alongside you, not across from you. The layout also ensures that you have choices about where you sit, that there is always a secure, enclosed space behind you, and that you have a clear line of sight to the entrance and your surroundings. This arrangement creates an unconscious sense of safety that directly reduces anxiety. When we feel calm and secure, it becomes easier to turn our attention inward rather than spending it monitoring the environment.

Colors and objects

Wall colors vary from room to room, but all share a common warm base that does not tire the eye and does not reflect harsh glare. Over this base, each room uses a second shade inspired by nature — sage, clay, olive leaf — according to its therapeutic function. The artwork on the walls and the objects in the room are not decoration. They are visual anchors: low-complexity, nature-inspired subjects with simple forms, curved lines, a sense of openness, and a quietly positive mood. They exist precisely because your gaze needs somewhere to rest during the process of internal reflection — without becoming trapped, without tension, without subjects that could trigger negative associations.

Lighting & temperature

Lighting intensity and temperature are adjusted for each session, according to your personal needs. During the day, artificial lighting discreetly complements natural light in a neutral tone. After sunset, it becomes warmer and softer, following the body's natural rhythm. The light source is never visible in your field of vision: diffused, indirect light that reflects off the ceiling and walls. Our goal is not for you to notice the lighting, but for you to feel, the moment the door closes, that your senses can rest.

For us, the meaning of premium is not found in design or aesthetics. It is found in the thought behind every detail. The answer to every design decision is always the same: the choice that serves you, not the image. When you visit our spaces, you will probably not notice anything specific. Not the color of the walls, not the lighting, not the angle of the armchair. But you will feel, within the first few minutes, that something about this space allows you to relax. That is exactly what we designed.

Discretion as a fundamental design principle

Privacy & convenient access

Locations

The location of each center was chosen based on three criteria: your safety, convenient access, and the natural protection of your privacy. Situated in the heart of a commercial area, your presence feels natural, safe, and entirely anonymous.

Discretion

Discretion in our spaces operates on three levels:

  • Interior design: Reception areas and session rooms have been designed to ensure entry and exit without visual contact with other clients. Each room is fully soundproofed and independent.
  • The buildings: Our centers are housed in buildings occupied primarily by healthcare professionals. Your entry does not reveal the purpose of your visit.
  • The area: We are located in areas with high commercial activity, with dozens of shops, services, and offices. The flow of people and the variety of businesses make your presence there throughout the day simply another everyday choice.

We designed everything so that the only way someone could know you are in therapy with us is if you choose to tell them.

Convenient access

  • Glyfada: At the intersection of Lazaraki and Metaxa streets, at the commercial heart of the southern suburbs. Easily accessible by tram, bus, or car, serving clients from Faliro and Argyroupoli to Varkiza, Voula, and Vouliagmeni.
