Symptoms and concerns you are facing

What matters is what you feel, think, do, or experience — not how we name it clinically. When it reaches a point where it weighs on you and affects your life, it deserves to be addressed. Together.

Symptoms we can work together

Five areas of
expertise

There is no concern "too small" or "too large." There is what concerns you — and that alone makes it significant.

The therapeutic collaboration is grounded in your own experience — in what you feel, think, do, or experience. Diagnosis and the analysis of underlying causes enter the conversation only when they serve you in practice. Below you will find the five areas where most of the difficulties that bring people to us appear: emotions and mood, thoughts, behaviors, physical manifestations, and relationships.
