You may have heard or read about our credentials, expertise, or the experience of other clients — all of which provide an outline of who we are and how we practice. However, they cannot answer the core question: how you will feel working with us.
That is precisely the purpose of our introductory consultation. To give you the opportunity to discover how you feel and determine if we are the ideal fit for you. At no cost, free of pressure, and without any commitment on your part. At the same time, it gives us the opportunity to understand your needs and confirm we can truly address them.
This session lasts 50 minutes, is conducted in person at our Kifisia and Glyfada centers, or online, and entails no mutual obligation or commitment regarding further treatment. It does not constitute a full psychotherapeutic session. Rather, it is an opportunity to outline the core challenges you face, address any questions regarding our methodology, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic experience with us.
Should we find that we are not the right fit for you — and if you so wish — we will gladly refer you to trusted, specialized colleagues better aligned with what you are facing.

Consequently, the non-billable privilege applies strictly to the session as initially scheduled. In the event of a cancellation or date change, the subsequent session will be billed at our standard rate.
In the case of a no-show without prior notice, scheduling a new introductory consultation will no longer be possible.
