Eleni Kotsi studied Philosophy and Social Sciences before obtaining her BSc in Psychology from London Metropolitan University and an M.Ed in Special Education in Cyprus, possessing one of the most multifaceted academic backgrounds in our team. She has completed a six-year training cycle in Mental Health Counseling.

She is a deeply gentle and attentive person, with an innate kindness that immediately fosters a climate of trust. Clients feel safe to share their concerns without any sense of judgment or distance.

She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a method she has taught in training programs for mental health professionals. She integrates elements of Counseling, Psychodynamic theory, and Trauma Therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. She is fluent in Greek and English.
