The fast pace of modern society often leaves no time for us to deal with our psychological wellbeing. Long hours of work, obligations, children – and their activities-, difficulties in commuting to and from different locations, as well as increased traffic, are some of the factors that make people spend a significant amount of time on from their daily lives. However, the need to explore ourselves and manage the challenges we face daily, remains active. In order for us to be able to help you when time or distance is an obstacle, our Center also offers online therapy (Skype).
As you might imagine, physical presence – a face to face contact – cannot be completely replaced by an online session, however, with the technology we have today, we are able to hold online sessions which reportedly bear very positive therapeutic results.
Sessions take place once a week and last for 50 minutes. You may attend your session from the comfort of your home, office, car, or elsewhere, provided that you have secured your privacy.
