Our premises

Recent scientific studies have shown that the premises where a session is held have a significant effect on the experience of a patient and therefore have a positive or negative impact on the therapeutic process.

Before selecting the location and setting up a design for our office, we studied all relevant literature, took into account dozens of parameters and consulted experts both in Greece and also abroad, in order to create a space designed to be the ideal environment for the psychotherapeutic process.

Let’s look at all those points and details that ultimately make the difference:

Location

Our site is located in the most central part of Glyfada, at the intersection of Lazaraki & Metaxas Streets, in a building that houses mainly health specialists. It is easily accessible on foot, by bus, by tram, and there is a free municipal parking nearby if you decide to come by car. You can easily combine your visit with a relaxing coffee break or by visiting one of the exquisit dinners or maybe take a stroll in the nearby shops.

Furniture and decoration

Our office has been furnished focusing on visitor comfort, quality of materials and aesthetics. Everything is decorated in such a way that our guests would feel comfortable and relaxed both physically and psychologically.

The décor was chosen in such a way in order to be in harmony with the tranquil environment of our office, in this way embodying the necessary vitality without the unnecessary tension.

Privacy

The design of our office allows patients to enter and exit without coming in contact with other people who may be in the waiting room.

The session room is independent and separated by two doors from the waiting room, in order to provide privacy to the patient, thus not inhibiting any expression of emotion.

Environment

All of our rooms are air conditioned so that the ideal environmental conditions are achieved whatever the season is.

Double fitted glass windows are installed in the session room, that completely isolate outside noise and allow a calm environment.

Both the session room and the waiting area have an abundance of natural daylight during the day, whereas after sunset we use a combination of hidden lighting with LED lights in warm white.
